A Guide to finding journal articles

Journal articles are a major source of information for your assignments and projects, but they can be hard to track down, especially if you are new to doing academic research.

Print journals are listed on the library catalogue and provide details of the dates available and the library where they are located.  Just do a search for the Journal Title on the catalogue.

E-journals are available to view online and can be accessed by DISCOVER and other journal databases. There is a complete, searchable A-Z list of our ejournals here.

There are many sources of journal articles; not just the ones that the University subscribes to, but free online resources and items available via our Document Delivery service.
