We try to make it as easy as possible to use the Digital Library but we understand that sometimes you need help.

• you might need guidance on which resources are best for your subject, or how to search most effectively - for help and advice on which resources to use and how, check out our subject guides or contact your Academic Liaison Librarian
• you can't get access to the book, article or journal you need - contact us at library.technical@beds.ac.uk with as many details as possible and we will take a look
• a resource just isn't working - if you are getting an error message, screenshot it and send it to us at library.technical@beds.ac.uk
