Print credit terms and conditions
myprint.beds.ac.uk can be used to top up your print account with credit using one of the displayed payment cards. Payments must be made in sterling (GBP) only.
Refund Policy
Refunds for print credits are not normally given.
If there has been a genuine mistake a refund, at the discretion of management on a case by case basis, may be possible. In the first instance please see a member of library staff at one of the Customer Service desks. Please take your payment receipt with you. Refunds can take 4-6 weeks to process.
