Using other Libraries

University of Bedfordshire is part of a scheme which allows current students to use libraries close to where they live - its called SCONUL ACCESS.

The Sconul Access scheme has partially reopened. If you have an in date membership card it will be accepted at the University libraries which have re-joined the scheme.

If you don't have a card there is a 2 part process join the scheme

1. Go to www.access.sconul.ac.uk
   1. Complete step #1 and step #2 on that webpage and click Find
   2. Once your application is processed, you will receive an approval email with further details on how to take part in the scheme. Do not delete this email you will need it for each University you apply to.
2. Apply to your chosen University library following the advice on their web pages
   1. You will need to take your University of Bedfordshire ID with you and your authorisation email when you pick up your library membership card
   2. You may need to complete an application form
   3. You may need to take in a passport style photo
