All bookings for Luton Library staff bookable rooms are done on line up to two weeks in advance via
You will need your staff ID number to generate the booking (including the "x").
On line follow the screen prompts

Select Booking for “Name of room” on “date” is Page two of the booking process
Where appropriate using the correct column for the room you require click in the cell for the start time you want. A dialogue box will prompt “Do you want to make a booking here” click OK and go on to click in any subsequent time slot cells required. For example if you'd like to book 13.00 - 16.00 - click the 13.00 - 14.00 cell. “Do you want to make a booking here” - click yes. Repeat for 14.00 - 15.00 and 15.00 - 16.00.
Then click on confirm. The request is processed and a PIN number for your booking will be displayed - it will also be emailed to you.
On the day of your booking you must swipe in within 10 mins of the start time or you will lose it.
If the room is empty you may swipe in up to 15 mins before your session is scheduled to start.
On the day of your booking swipe the kiosk (black box with display screen near the room's door) with you ID card follow the on screen instructions to type in your PIN number and you will be given access.
Please remember if you are more than 10 minutes late your booking will be cancelled.If you no longer need your room booking, please cancel it via bookaroom.beds.ac.uk selecting the "View/Cancel Existing Booking" button.
