Saving your work to onedrive
When using a PC in the Library, it is important to save your work regularly. Do not save files to the desktop, as these will not be available the next time you log in.
We recommend saving your files to:
-
onedrive.com – Microsoft cloud storage provided through the University.
-
USB drive or memory stick – recommended as a backup only.
Accessing Your University OneDrive
You can access your university cloud storage from anywhere:
-
Through the File menu in any Microsoft Office application.
-
By visiting onedrive.com and signing in with your university email address and network password.
-
By visiting portal.office.com and clicking on the nine-dot menu as shown below
When you log in, you may see Microsoft Copilot instead of a list of apps. If this happens expand the navigation pane:

Click the 9-dot matrix to open onedrive.

You will see onedrive.

Sign into onedrive using your university email address and password.
