Before you apply, please make sure you have a completed School Authorisation Form. Ask your teacher or school administrator to download our Local School Authorisation form, and email you a Word document (DOCX) or PDF copy of the completed form.

Before you start your application, make sure you have:

• a passport style photograph (JPG or PNG format)
• proof of address (PDF, JPG or PNG format)
• a completed School Administration Form (DOCX or PDF format)
