Visitors
We welcome visitors to the University of Bedfordshire Libraries.
While our primary focus is supporting our students, we also offer access to external visitors who wish to use our spaces and collections.
Visitor access is only available at the Luton and Bedford campus libraries.
What can you do as a library visitor?
Once your application has been approved and processed, you’ll be given a University of Bedfordshire library ID card.
You’ll be able to:
- Visit the library during public opening hours
- Use the library as a place to read, research, and study independently
- Bring and use your own laptop, tablet, or mobile device
- Access print collections available in the library
- Access to some digital resources on campus
- Borrow books depending on your type of membership
