Our aim is to support you, as a University of Bedfordshire student, in your use of Microsoft Office software. This could be to produce well formatted documents, effective presentations and meaningful data.
We provide computer skills training workshops at strategic points throughout the academic year, create workbooks and other learning materials to support you in developing your IT skills as well as offering individual (or group) appointments should you need them.

I started work at the University in an IT support role for the Faculty of Business, responsible for the IT equipment. I soon realised working with people was much more rewarding, so progressed to teaching IT applications to university students and staff. I have many years' experience training and supporting students to use Microsoft Office applications. I also have experience delivering training to organisations outside the university (including the NHS).
I am based in the Luton Learning Resources Centre and I work Wednesdays and Thursday (mornings) and Friday (all day). I visit the Bedford campus every other Thursday.

After working for several years as an information assistant at the University of Bedfordshire Library, I decided to pursue my interest in computing and information technology. I enjoy teaching and supporting the use of Microsoft Office products to help students gain the skills required to produce assignments and dissertations.
I am based in the Luton Learning Resources Centre and I work Mondays, Tuesdays (all day) and Thursday mornings.
