General Advice
You will need your ID card to swipe in and out of the library. University regulations state that students are required to:
- Carry your university identity card.
- If you need to speak to someone outside of library staffed hours, contact security who will be positioned at library customer service desks. If security are not present, please wait as they will be carrying out patrols of the building.
Reporting Problems
When library staff are not on duty please report any problems with equipment, study space or services via email: libraryideas@beds.ac.uk stating Campus and date/time of your problem or Student Voice online.
