24/7 Advice

24/7


24/7 opening hours at Luton Library and Bedford Library is offered as "24/7 when you need it".

24/7 means 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

24/7  offers 168 hours of study space per week at Bedford campus library and Luton Library.

All University of Bedfordshire staff and students are welcome to use Luton Library and Bedford Campus Library. 


General Advice

You will need your ID card. You will need to swipe your ID to get in and out of the library / LRC. The General Student Regulations 2012/13 item 11.7 Students are required to:

carry their University identity card and produce it when requested and do not use it to allow others without such an ID card to enter the University or use its facilities.

When there are no library staff on duty if you need assistance please contact security.

Reporting Problems

When library staff are not on duty please report any problems with equipment, study space or services via email:

libraryideas@beds.ac.uk

stating Campus and date/time of your problem.

Or Tell Us online or use "Tell Us" postcards, available at the Customer Service desk – post them in the appropriate box please. Please include your ID number if you want a personal response.

Luton Library is at the Vicarage Street end of the Campus opposite the Salvation Army
