Student email accounts were switched over from Google to Outlook on Thursday 1st August.
Since the new system has gone, email is only delivered to the new Outlook account.
During the period from 24th July to 31st July, emails were going to both accounts when new mailboxes have been created; internal emails were going to Outlook mail, and external emails were going to Google mail.
This means that emails from staff to students have been delivered to the new student Outlook mailbox once it has been created; therefore students should check both Outlook and Google accounts for emails sent during this period.
Your email address has not changed, and you use the same password to access your new email account.
To log on to your new email account, please go to outlook.beds.ac.uk
To access your old Google mail account, continue to use mail.study.beds.ac.uk
