Repository metadata checklist
Each citation on the repository is made consists of a range of metadata that describes the research output. Before you start to add your citation it is worth making sure you have as much information as possible to make the submission easier and quicker.
Whilst it's not essential to complete every field the more metadata you add the more opportunities people have to find your research when searching on the internet or the repository itself.
These are some of the key fields you will need to have metadata for.

A key feature of the repository is the ability to add and archive the full text of your research output depending on the publisher copyright requirements. The University of Bedfordshire repository aims where possible to include full text with the citation.
Please check what your publisher will allow by checking the publisher copyright policies on the RoMEO database (http://www.sherpa.ac.uk/romeo/)
