If you are not a student at the University of Bedfordshire but you study elsewhere in the UK you may be eligible to use our resources via one of the schemes described below.
You may access your home University resources using Eduroam be sure to sign up before you visit University of Bedfordshire.
You will need to complete this on-line form
Bring a print out of your email from Sconul Access, your home University ID card and a passport style photo. You will need to fill out an application form on arrival at University of Bedfordshire LRC/Library. We will advise you on how long it will take to make up your membership card - it can take up to 24 hours
Band R Full-time undergraduate student.
Reference use only. Walk in pc access for students from institutions that do not support Eduroam.
Band A Staff and research students
4 loans from standard loan stock and 7 day loans, UoB reservations and Inter library loans at cost (to be advised). Walk in pc access for students from institutions that do not support Eduroam.
Band B Part time, distance learning and placement students
4 loans from standard loan stock and 7 day loans, UoB reservations and Inter library loans at cost (to be advised). Walk in pc access for students from institutions that do not support Eduroam
Band C Full time taught post graduates
4 loans from standard loan stock and 7 day loans, UoB reservations and Inter library loans at cost (to be advised). Walk in pc access for students from institutions that do not support Eduroam.
Available during University summer vacation only. Need home University id card at all times. Passport style photo required for swipe pass.
Walk in access only, for students from institutions that do not support Eduroam. Reference access to print stock. Will need swipe access passes at Luton and Bedford.
