Wifi Access
University of Bedfordshire students and staff
To use the University's wifi network your laptop must:
- have current anti virus software installed
- turn on your Wifi connection and connect to UOB Student or UOB Staff
- go to a web browser and login with your University username and password
LR staff can help students get onto the University network via their laptops by
- issuing usernames and passwords
- trouble shooting wifi issues
- advising on anti virus software
LR Staff can help with problems resulting from software sold directly by the LRC ie SPSS
To use the University's wifi network your laptop must:
- have current anti virus software installed
- ask at a Customer Service desk for a guest wifi user name and password which is valid for 12 hours
- turn on your Wifi connection and connect to UOB Guest
- go to a web browser and login with the username and password you have been given
