A range of printing services is available at all sites. The charges for black and white laser printing are:
Single sided A4 5p Double Sided A4 8p
Single Sided A3 10p Double Sided A3 16p
At Park Square and Polhill colour printing is charged at
Single sided A4 15p Double Sided A4 25p
Single Sided A3 30p Double Sided A3 50p
Any work you send to the printer is held in a queue, it will only be printed when you tell the printer to release your work for printing by touching the keypad with your ID Card. Your print job will not be processed unless you have enough credit for the whole job.

New students are credited with £2 on your print account so that you can get on and use your network account immediately. After that you will not be able to print unless your account is in credit and therefore it is essential that you top-up this account when you have used your initial print credit.
To recharge your account use the self service print credit machines at any of our Learning Resource Centres They accept a range of coins and notes.
You may request an account history at a Customer Service desk. This is offered as a next day service, the files are large and the process is time consuming. We are happy to produce an account history for you with details of your printing history, credits and debits.
