Staff at the Customer Service desk on any campus LRC or library will be your front line support in helping you with library and associated enquiries. Anything from finding your way around the stock to how to reference an electronic journal Customer Service desk staff will be able to help you or refer you to the most appropriate person to help.

If you have a more in depth question about finding and using resources for your assignments you can ask to see one of the Academic Liaison Librarians. We are available between 11.00 - 16.00 Monday to Friday. Just ask the staff at the Customer Service Desk for more information.

We provide a comprehensive range of documentation available both in print format and online, giving both novice and experienced computer users advice and support.
Upgrade your PC Skills
Learning Resources offer computer skills training to all students studying at any campus within the University. Training is available throughout the academic year at both Luton and Bedford Campuses. There are workshops suitable for beginners and for people who wish to enhance existing skills. Further information is available at lrweb.beds.ac.uk/cst
