Renewals
All customers benefit from an allowance of 20 renewals per item. After the 20th renewal the item must be returned. If the item is still required it may be brought to a staffed Customer Service desk where it can be re-issued - if there are no other claims on the item.
If an item is reserved by another person it cannot be renewed and must be returned on or before the due date.
Overnight loans cannot be renewed.
Whilst items are overdue the user may renew them, even though fines may be owing. They will not be able to place reservations on other items. The facility to renew will be withdrawn when the fines owing reaches £22 in total.
