Why doesn't my password work on self service machines?

Have you changed your password and included special characters like ?, !, or $?

Self service machines cannot use special characters or easily guessed passwords such as Monday, Tuesday, 12345, aaaaa, ababa, etc. You will need to change your password at pwd.beds.ac.uk
