I sent my work to the printer a while ago and nothing has happened

Any work you send to the printer is held in a queue and it will only be printed when you tell the printer to release your work for printing. You have to have enough credit for the whole print job in order for it to print.

  • Are you logged into the computer you sent the job from?
  • Have you released the job from the correct printer release terminal (black and white or colour)?
  • Do you have enough print credit in your account? If not, the job will be deleted.
